"Can't Connect" Message During Setup


When running setup on a device you may encounter a 'Can't Connect' error message.

If you have followed the instruction in the message and still can't connect, you will need to perform a firmware reset.

To do this, please follow these steps:

1. Close out the app completely on your device

2. Turn off Piper and wait 20 seconds

3. Press and hold the button for 7 seconds, LED will go red, off, red, off then yellow. Once yellow, you may let go of the button.

4. When LED turns blue and Piper says "Piper is Ready", open the app and run setup again.
